Notification Settings

Notification settings describe an integration option where a loan actor assigned to a loan would get an email notification at a particular loan stage when a new document get added to the system. This page is configured with the loan stages on the left and the loan actors across the top. You will place a checkbox in each place where a loan actor is to receive a notification. Only the loan actor assigned to the loan in question will receive a notification. You may also enter a manual address in the "Other" box.

NOTE: You must include notification stages and roles to your LOS integration in order to use this feature.
