All projects by default have a separate File Room. These settings describe the defaults for any File Room.
General - General values for a File Room

Max Records | Maximum number of records to show in the File Room. Be careful not to make this too high a number as this could affect the loading of the File Room |
Lock First File | Automatically locks the first file in the File Room for processing. It is recommended to set this to "No" initially |
Unfiled Thumbnails – For the "Unfiled Pages" tab, these are the values for the thumbnails on this tab.

Unfiled Page View - These values describe the defaults of the "Unfiled Page" tab in the File Room

Document Thumbnails – When you create a document from pages in the File Room, the thumbnails for those pages can be viewed at the bottom of the screen in the "Document Pages" tab. These values describe the size of the thumbnails in the "Document Pages" tab.
